    The chicken parma and pasta here is great.

    However, last time I visited, I decided to eat outside as the restaurant was packed... The manager asked me for ID so I don't ditch the bill.

    It's offensive to ask a person for their ID just because they're eating outside, if you don't want the risk then take away the option of people eating outside or simple take the risk.

    I've never ditched paying a bill but asking a paying customer for their ID is shocking... It's retail, not a Bank.

    The female manager behind the bar is often rude, neglecting the fact she's in Customer Service, also the one that asked me for ID... hence 4 stars.
