  Recently, saw an ad for a sale at FORTY WINKS so rang to see about a purchase I wanted to make [SPEND about $2,000.00] customer sales officer suggested I better go in there another day as they were to busy to provide really good service...I explained again that I needed to SELECT THE BED and the woman repeated what she had said earlier about another time...
  My mother {who has extensive spinal issues requiring a frame to walk} as do I, we went by cab to Captain snooze instead. We were provided with absolutely impeccable customer service, I selected the bed that really suits me well [double, mattress and base, $250 gel pillow my mum actually bought herself a pillow as well, all will be ready in a week or two.....I am going to collect pillow today if it suits the store. Purchase price:- over $2000 in total for bed and pillow and the service was beyond reproach....pity is was not Forty Winks.... THANK GOODNESS FOR CAPTAIN SNOOZE....
